Who, Exactly, is Sarah Palin

It will be interesting to see if Sarah Palin gets in the race in the next week or so. For months I’ve been skeptical about her running, but her talk and actions of late lead me to believe it’s possible that she’ll take a leap into the Putrid & Polluted Political Pond.
And, if that happens, there are three things upon which I think we can all agree:
1. All hell will break loose in the GOP primaries.

2. Establishment Republicans, both in and out of the government, will do everything within their power to derail Palin’s bid.

3. Democrats will, in both subtle and no-so-subtle ways, do everything within their power to help Palin win the Republican nomination. (As in, be careful what you wish for or you may get it.)
