After the National Enquirer broke the story that Todd Palin had paid Shailey Tripp for sex,
and that Shailey Tripp had been charged with running a house of prostitution, Dave Parker of the APD issued a press release to the National Enquirer indicating that the evidence “examined” did not show any connection between Todd and Shailey Tripp. In our interview he indicated that the APD had not examined the computer or laptop in their possession. Lt. Parker then went further and reported to the N.Y. Daily News that:
“It was just guilt by innuendo, nothing else,”
I am not a judge, but if I was advising a client, I would suggest that this would certainly constitute one scintilla of evidence.
